1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to amintoto. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and amintoto ("we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the amintoto website, mobile interface, and all associated services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on amintoto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use amintoto, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local or national law.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from amintoto or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate familymember of amintoto or any of its affiliates.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. amintoto conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of our compliance obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., MyKad, passport) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on amintoto. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your amintoto account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person.

amintoto will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

amintoto reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion, where it suspects:

• Fraudulent or criminal activity, including money laundering or match-fixing;
• Violation of any provision within these Terms;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Use of automated tools, bots, or software designed to manipulate gameplay outcomes.

Upon account closure initiated by either party, any pending bonus amounts that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and compliance checks.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

amintoto supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to ensure fast, convenient transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency options.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on amintoto:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to successful KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met.
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as part of our anti-money laundering controls.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. amintoto is not responsible for any foreign exchange fees or conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

amintoto does not accept payments from third parties. All funds deposited to your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

amintoto offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus or associated winnings that remain un-wagered after the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from your account.
• amintoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage, hedging across multiple accounts, or exploiting software errors to accumulate bonus value, is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Specific game contributions towards wagering requirements vary. Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate. Always refer to the individual promotion page for the exact contribution rates.

6 Gameplay Rules

amintoto offers a diverse range of gaming products including slots, live casino tables, sportsbook betting, fishing games, and virtual sports. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are made available within the respective game or product interface.

General gameplay principles applicable across all products include:

• All game outcomes on amintoto are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair and unpredictable results.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error mid-game, amintoto will attempt to settle the bet based on the last confirmed game state. Where this is not possible, the stake may be refunded at amintoto's discretion.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the rules published in the Sportsbook section at the time the bet is placed. amintoto follows internationally recognised sporting results for settlement purposes.
• Any bet placed in error — for example, on an event that has already commenced — may be voided by amintoto at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on amintoto and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any tool designed to mask your geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• Creating or using multiple accounts simultaneously (multi-accounting);
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using automated betting software, bots, AI tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from amintoto;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such winnings will be voided;
• Engaging in verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward amintoto staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.

amintoto cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where evidence of criminal activity is identified, relevant account information and transaction history may be disclosed in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

amintoto does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments & Termination

amintoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of amintoto following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

amintoto may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by amintoto in its sole discretion.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to amintoto's internal dispute resolution process.
